Following the economic shifts of 2008, we pivoted our focus, bringing our deep expertise and commitment to quality directly to South and Central Texas homeowners under the brand Safe Showers.
This transition solidified our mission: to provide specialized, reliable, and expert bathroom remodeling services with a focus on quality, safety, and serenity.
The Birth of BathWise
In 2017, the company transitioned ownership to Chris and Joan Edelen, who recognized the exceptional products, quality craftsmanship, and dedicated customer service the brand provided. This acquisition marked an exciting new chapter for the company.
With deep roots in the home improvement industry, Chris brought nearly a decade of experience in the tub-to-shower replacement arena, including developing some of the largest remodeling operations across the United States. Joan’s expertise on the finance and administrative side ensured a strong, stable foundation for growth and operations.
To better reflect our comprehensive solutions and future growth, the Safe Showers brand was officially renamed BathWise in 2025. This rebranding unites our history of expert installation with a singular focus on providing smart, beautiful, and complete bathroom solutions for the Texas communities we serve, including San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and the surrounding Hill Country.
